The project, entitled “Platform for Adaptation, Management and Development of Projects – PRAXI” is an innovative platform for simulated (re)training and empowerment (Reskilling-Upskilling) of Project Managers, which will be able to offer project managers or (start-up) entrepreneurs and students the opportunity to practice dealing with real and complex 
project management scenarios and to integrate artificial intelligence into their work. This simulation platform will encourage active learning through the exploration of new techniques and the exploitation of existing knowledge and skills, but at the same time it will connect these three different communities – groups of people. By adopting a playful trainee-focused approach, the project is designed to increase participation, interaction, knowledge sharing and the effectiveness of introducing GENAi in this professional area.
