The objective of the proposed project is to create and implement an electronic platform that utilizes blockchain technology to facilitate the tracking and tracing of ready meals.
The initiative encompasses the entire supply chain, from the agricultural production to the final consumption stage.
The key aspects highlighted include the platform’s data quality, its capacity to swiftly and accurately identify and withdraw potentially hazardous food batches, the improvement of transaction efficiency for partners in the ready meal supply chain, the secure handling of materials and information among participants, and sustainability measures such as energy conservation and the monitoring and recording of organic and other waste.
The project involves documenting the Quality Assurance Protocol at every stage of the ready meal’s life cycle, in addition to its integration with the platform.
