Support actions for the operation of the University of West Attica

The project concerns the strengthening of the systems and procedures of the Financial and Administrative Support Unit of the Special Account for Research Funds the University of West Attica (UNIWA).

It addresses the needs for supporting the administrative and operational capacity of the institution, arising from the management and monitoring of co-financed actions implemented within the framework of the ESPA 2021–2027.

These actions fall under the responsibility of the Special Management Service of Human Resources and Social Cohesion Programme, either as a Managing Authority or as an Intermediate Body.

The project includes one (1) sub-project:

  • Support for the administrative and operational capacity of the Financial and Administrative Support Unit of ELKE at UNIWA.
  • The sub-project foresees the enhancement of human resources involved in the co-financed projects managed by ELKE. These projects require increased monitoring and control of both their physical and financial components. Accordingly, the staffing needs of ELKE will be covered through the funding of this proposal.

  • Consulting services for administrative and accounting support
  • Consulting services for legal support

    Project Framework & Funding: ELKE of the University of West Attica (UNIWA) is the beneficiary responsible for the management and implementation of the interventions under the PADKS, with OPS Code 6002660, included in the Programme ‘Human Resources and Social Cohesion 2021–2027’, and funded by the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports.
