Rational Nutrition Management and Balanced Diet of Beneficiaries’

Study of food types provided to the beneficiaries of the TEBA/FEAD Programme, for their grouping and integration into groups, depending on their nutritional value. Suggestions for filling any gaps that will be identified.

Creating a list of suggestions regarding the content of the “baskets” and the proportion of each type, based on a balanced diet.

Development of a tool for matching and proportion of items, from different groups, for easy product replacement in case of shortage or other problem.

Reports writing of ten on-site inspections in the structures of Social Partnerships by two Laboratory members, sampling of distributed food and compilation of sampling protocols, results of laboratory tests.
