The quality of health services is a global imperative and the OECD and WHO have proposed a common framework for action. The 3 project partner countries (FR, RO, GR) have fully integrated these objectives.
The aim of the project is to support a profound change in professional practices through the development and implementation of a cross-cutting FTLV system for the medical professions aimed at quality management.
For practitioners, the consideration of acquired experience and the need to ensure career security means that the development and implementation of a lifelong learning system across the medical sector is essential.
Developments in healthcare and European quality of care directives have highlighted the lack of GQSRS qualifications.
Quality experts, as well as managers and employees responsible for quality in the various departments of medical institutions, are the professionals responsible for the changes that need to be made; they are the target audience of the project.
The consortium of partners establishes teaching and employment partnerships that guarantee the dissemination and sustainability of the project.
It creates and tests, with 150 trainees, the qualification of “Health Qualitician” according to the EQF and the Bologna process, in a growing sector with a skills shortage.
Deliverables:
– A core modular LLL toolkit, cross-cutting the medical professions to manage quality of care and health risks.
– A repository of activities and skills and a repository of professional accreditation for the GQSRS
– A short cycle training and certification reference file for GQSRS with a correlation table with existing EQF level (5 and 6) certifications in each country.
The method to be used will harmonise for each production the approach based on the EQF and the Bologna process.
