T-graph is a pioneer project in the field of printed electronics, which designs a configurable and recyclable paper-based electronic platform.
The aim of the project is to promote industrial applications of printed-paper electronics and contribute to the reduction of electronic waste.
The project is structured in three main stages. The first stage is focusing on the study of the materials (inks and substrates) that will be used during the project.
The main objective is to establish the correct specifications of the materials that will be needed for the development of the required printed structures and, if necessary, to develop new materials with specific properties to cover the requirements of T-graph.
The second stage of the project is aiming in the development of the sustainable electronics paper-based platform.
This action is divided into two directions as the platform consists of two distinct types of devices (sensors and basic electronic elements).
In the final phase, the integration of all the devices on a common paper-based substrate will be implemented in order to realize the prototype of a generic green electronics platform that will serve as a toolbox for the future engineer.
